Lettings
We provide the initial marketing of each property together with advice on how to prepare the property for letting.

We introduce individual tenants and arrange full referencing, including credit checks and the setting up of the final tenancy agreement.

Management
All the above services are provided plus we arrange the monthly rental collection and regular property inspections.

As agents we liaise directly with the tenants on behalf of the landlord and deal with property maintenance issues.

At the end of the agreed tenancy we deal with notice of possession and the final property inspection.

Property Search and Find
We offer potential tenants a variety of good quality houses and flats let by landlords of good standing in rental community some of whom we have known for many years.

Sales
We can also now offer our services in property sales, acting on behalf of the vendor and buyer.
